W10Privacy can display common Windows 10, 11 security settings that can be activated as well as deactivated within the program. It also allows importing and exporting of your changes. While there are a lot of Windows 10, 11 privacy tools out there, many of them lack the detail this program has. Of course, this means that it might take you a bit longer to go through your choices.

Green - Recommended - this is a conservative mode. Yellow - Conditionally recommended - probably the best bet but look over the choices. Red - Restricted - think of this as geek mode. Better know what you're doing. Must run as administrator.
Also, other similar apps don't always have a back or set a restore point making them a bit scary. This program however does offer a save, save as and load options so you can backup and import or export your settings anytime.
W10Privacy has a built in update checker and a handful of user settings as well.

WSCC allows you to install, update, execute and organize the utilities from various system utility suites. WSCC can install and update the supported utilities automatically. Alternatively, WSCC can use thehttp protocol to download and run the programs.

The interface is very simple and intuitive, thus allowing any type of user to find their way around it, regardless of their previous experience with the IT world. Aside from that, it consists of a folder structure and a panel in which to view details.
Upon first launching the utility, you can see a list of software products you can install, such as DiskMon, PortMon, TagsReport, Page Defrag and Autoruns, along with some short descriptions.
This tool also enables you to quickly access a console, so that you can execute command line applications.
The view type can be changed, from a detailed one, to icons and reports. In addition to that, you can show hidden items, add tools to favorites, search for them online and view properties.
From the settings panel, the application can be minimized to the tray, so as not to become obtrusive. Plus, you can view tooltips, check for updates, configure the search to look in software descriptions, scan while typing, as well as customize the console (background color, opacity and font).
To sum up, WSCC - Windows System Control Center is a useful piece of software, when it comes to managing utilities from the Windows Sysinternals suit, view, execute and add them to favorites. It does not put a strain on your PC's performance and the response time is very good. Our tests did not reveal any errors, bugs, or crashes.

XAMPP is a cross-platform Apache distribution enriched with third-party applications, namely MySQL, PHP and Perl. It was designed as a web server that can be a friendly assistant in website creation and maintenance. XAMPP provides developers with an easy and comfortable way to test dynamic webpages without access to the Internet. It also includes the newest versions of Mercury and Tomcat.

With XAMPP, you can manage MySQL and SQLite databases and you can create a remote host using FileZilla FTP server (also included in the package). This is useful for the administration of large Content Management Systems (CMS).
The installation process requires user intervention only to ask if the components should be installed as Windows services too. You don't have to decide now, seeing how this is configurable from XAMPP's control panel. This is also the only interface with the user and only from here you can perform server configurations.

In Service Settings you can choose for the XAMPP Control Panel to run as service, and automatically make specific modules active at startup.
