Devastor 2 is the second generation of D16's first FX Plugin from the SilverLine Collection series. Devastor is a deceptively simple yet remarkable Multiband Distortion Unit. It is an enhanced version of the distortion unit you can find in Phoscyon, but with full control over multiband processing. This elevates its sonic mangling capabilities to an entirely new level!

Structure
The plug-in consists of four essential blocks
Dynamics-flattener module (one-knob controlled input signal compressor)
Diode-clipper distortion
Three multi-mode filter sections
Optionally activated signal limiter
The plug-in offers nine different connection topologies between its filters and diode-clipper. Filters can process the signal before or after it gets fed into the diode-clipper, but some of the configurations even allow the filters to work alongside the clipper, which greatly increases the possible sonic palette.
Devastor's filters are not simply the peaking EQ type which are commonly used in classic multiband distortion units: rather, they are like those found in analog synthesizers (low pass, high pass, band pass and band reject) with adjustable resonance and cutoff parameters. As a result, Devastor has a completely unique sound. Just check out the factory content and hear for yourself!
Versatile and advanced
Devastor can be used to distort and enhance a wide range of sounds, from full-on acid synth sounds to guitar fuzz or an analog amp with speaker combo. It can even be used with drums to make them sound dirtier and more dynamic! Devastor isn't just good at creating distorted, monster sounds: it can also be used subtly to improve the timbre and character of gentler sounds. For example, reducing the preamp gain, increasing the threshold, and selecting a soft-knee for the dynamics will bring out more warmth and detail in a sound without introducing distortion.
When designing Devastor, we applied special antialiasing techniques to the output signal to make sure it was devoid of aliasing (one of the reasons why digital distortion units can sound so cold and un-musical). As a result, Devastor has a warm, musical, and very high quality sound.
We would like to invite you to listen the audio examples to whet your appetite and to check out the demo version for yourself if you need any more convincing. Devastor uses algorithms of such high quality that you'd be forgiven in a blind test for wondering if the sound has somehow been sent from the computer to an external analog distortion unit and back into the computer again!

azortan 2 is the new incarnation of Controlable Space Phaser which is part of our SilverLine Collection. No need to say we didnt cut much corners on quality and that robust, yearned by all - analog feel of the sound. Total control over the Phase shifter provides you with adjustability and allows to obtain the desired contour with high precision. Have you ever wondered where does that unique magical breeze so audible in most of Jean Michael Jarre's tunes come from.

Suprisingly the backbone here isn't the synth itself but the effect unit coupled with the synthesizer, saying more precisely - analog phaser of which our Fazortan 2 seems to be a fine equivalent. Thanks to the analog modelling technique we were able to implement allpass filters comprising characteristics identical to its analog counterpart based on Operational Transconductance Amplifiers. Now in version 2 we're even closer to the sound character the original hardware unit brings.
You can think about Fazortan 2 as of the exact copy of a retro phaser taken out from 70's and redone to become a virtual unit. But being the same sounding unit that provides primal functionality and sound of the original is where similarities end and where limitless scope of plugin comes to play. Bearing on mind only one Rate knob and a Color switch on the front panel of the real phaser device, Fazortan 2 from the first look at its GUI, presents itself as a completely new device that effectivelly expands capabilities of its origin.
Structure
Full control over two LFOs (waveform, rate and depth) controlling the unit and unlike the hardware unit Fazortan 2 LFO works in a various waveform modes: sinus, triangle, hyper-triangle and random (i.e. only triangle is availbale in original).
By using both LFOs simultaneously you're now able to obtain result that owners of the hardware box could only dream about. Endless countour diversity stretches results from monotonius sluggish swing to become a gurgling scrumble, just by a slight repositioning of the the rate knob. Aditionally it is now possible to add consecutive allpass stages as well as regulate the feedback effect. The ammount of stages translates on how many humps and pits residues in the converted sound spectrum while feedback parameter value implies severity of these irregularities. Feedback knob gives you sounds from soft to rapid and drilling. To visually display how it works consider a white noise as an input signal. Moving the feedback knob will start to morph incoming "sea waves" reminiscent noise into "windy" whizz. Aditionally each lfo can be modified by altering its respective phase giving as a result an improved panning of the incoming signal.

The best way to judge Fazortan 2 is to listen to it. You're welcome to our mp3 presentation. We made every effort to make sure Fazortan will fulfill all expectations one could have before buying an analog phaser unit. Especially guitarists and retro keyboard players may appreciate possibility to adjust it so it can emulate the rotary speaker, what along with its rich and lush sound, completes satisfactory every audio chain.
Of course given much more maneuverability it is a fine fx unit to be adapted regardless of genre.

Freedom of routing

Redoptor is a high quality Vintage Tube Distortion emulator. The organic sound of a tube amplifier being pushed into breakup has been the gold standard for overdriven and distorted tones for as long as musicians have been intentionally distorting their signals.

The gentle natural compression and rich blend of even and odd harmonics produced by analog tube circuitry make any effected signal feel more powerful, punchy, and alive.
Unlike solid-state transistor and fuzz circuits which only produce odd harmonics and limit the incoming signal in an unnatural and unresponsive way, Redoptor smoothly and dynamically responds to the changes in volume of incoming audio, just like a real tube amplifier. This means that louder sounds are saturated with more crunch and delicious harmonics, while softer and naturally decaying sounds clean up gradually. This creates a very sonically pleasing distortion.
Exact circuit emulation
In addition to its spot-on modeling of hot vacuum tubes being pushed into glorious, creamy distortion, Redoptor packs several features that allow it to accurately mimic the behavior of a complex analog circuit with all its interactive and complementary components.
Redoptor's adjustable tube bias parameter creates subtle amplification of even harmonics and gentle transient reshaping in the signal. Every individual element of the plugin's signal chain has similarly been designed to capture the subtleties and dynamics of proper high-quality analog tube distortion.
Completely adjustable preamp
Redoptor expands on classic tube guitar amplifier circuit design by offering total control of the preamp's frequency range. The cut-off point for both high and low tones may be set before the signal is amplified and distorted, allowing for incredible versatility in sound shaping - from lo-fi to full-spectrum.
Parametric EQ
While many typical amplifiers and emulations rely on a fixed graphical equalizer offering limited control, Redoptor features a powerful parametric equalizer with independent gain and frequency control of 4 bands.
Independent stereo channel processing
Although based on the mono signal paths of vintage guitar amplifiers, Redoptor is a fully functioning stereo tube distortion with an independent path for each channel in the stereo signal. This allows each side to have completely different harmonics and distortion added to it. So, synth sounds, for example, can benefit from enhanced definition and stereo imaging in addition to the analog feel offered by the tube distortion emulation.
Dynamics under control
A built-in pre-gain compressor module and master output limiter provide even more freedom to sculpt the perfect saturated sound. These two elements are studio essentials for creative gain staging. The preliminary compressor adds punch and controls your signal's dynamic range before it hits the highly responsive distortion stage. The master output limiter tames unruly peaks and polishes your signal as it leaves the plug-in.

DiskSorter is a powerful file classification solution allowing one to classify files in disks, directories, network shares and NAS storage devices, save file classification reports, export file classification results to an SQL database, perform advanced history trend analysis operations and multiple types of file management operations on categories of files.

DiskSorter Main GUI Application
DiskSorter provides a number of built-in file classification plugins capable of recognizing more than 3,000 types of files and allowing one to classify files by the file type, extension, user name, creation, last modification and last access dates, etc. Users are provided with the ability to generate various types of pie charts, categorize and filter file classification results and save file classification reports into a number of standard formats including HTML, PDF, Excel, text, CSV, XML and the DiskSorter native report format.

IT and storage administrators are provided with the ability to submit file classification reports from multiple servers and NAS storage devices to a centralized SQL database and analyze disk space usage history trends for one or more file categories per server and/or per user across the entire enterprise.
Classifying Files in Network Servers and NAS Storage Devices
DiskSorter allows one to scan the network, discover network servers and NAS storage devices, automatically detect all accessible network shares and classify files in hundreds of network servers and NAS storage devices. In addition, the user is provided with the ability to export the list of detected servers and NAS storage devices (including lists of network shares for each server) into HTML, PDF, text and Excel CSV reports.
Classifying Files in Network Servers
In order to classify files in one or more servers or NAS storage devices, press the 'Network' button located on the main toolbar and wait while DiskSorter will scan the network and show a list of detected network servers and NAS storage devices. On the network servers and NAS storage devices dialog, select the required servers and press the 'Classify' button.
Classifying Files in Network Shares
DiskSorter will show all network shares hosted on the selected servers and NAS storage devices allowing one to classify files and save various types of file classification charts and reports. In addition, DiskSorter provides a large number of advanced file classification options allowing one to tune and customize file classification operations for user specific needs and hardware configurations.
DiskSorter Command Line Utility
In addition to the desktop GUI application, DiskSorter Ultimate and DiskSorter Server provide a command line utility allowing one to perform file classification operations, save various types of file classification reports, export file classification results to an SQL database and control one or more DiskSorter Servers locally or via the network.

DShutdown is a stand-alone program that allows you to easily shutdown and wake up local or remote PCs, with many specific options.

DShutdown supports more than just standard shutdown options, there are options relating to "pure" shutdown (such as the "force after wait" option which causes a forced, but 'clear' shutdown). It is also possible to intercept a shutdown request, initiated by the user or an application, and to then execute the shutdown request with selected options from DShutdown. (For example: to simultaneously shut down all Lan PCs when the server shuts down).
DShutdown doesn't force a power-off without logging off and saving settings. DShutdown instead provides a means to log-off, shutdown and safely power-off your PC. Administrators who use roaming profiles will appreciate the benefits of this feature.
