Password Depot is a powerful and very user-friendly password manager which helps to organize all of your passwords - but also, for instance, information from your credit cards or software licenses. The software provides security for your passwords - in three respects: It safely stores your passwords, guarantees a secure data use and helps you to create secure passwords. However, Password Depot does not only guarantee security: It also stand for convenient use, high customizability, marked flexibility in terms of interaction with other devices and, last but not least, extreme functional versatility.

Safe Password Storage
Best possible encryption. In Password Depot, your information is encrypted not merely once but in fact twice, thanks to the algorithm AES or Rijndael 256. In the US, this algorithm is approved for state documents of utmost secrecy!
Double protection. You can secure your passwords files twice. To start with, you select a master password that has to be entered in order to be able to open the file. Additionally, you can choose to protect your data by means of a key file that must be uploaded to open the file.
Protection against brute-force attacks. After every time the master Password (If need) entered incorrectly, the program is locked for three seconds. This renders attacks that rely on the sheer testing of possible passwords - so called "brute-force attacks" - virtually impossible.
Backup copies. Password Depot generates backup copies of your passwords files. The backups may be stored optionally on FTP servers on the Internet (also via SFTP) or on external hard drives. You can individually define the time interval between the backup copies' creation.

Secure Data Use
Protection from keylogging. All password fields within the program are internally protected against different types of interception of keystrokes (Key Logging). This disables that your sensible data entries can be spied out.
Traceless Memory. Dealing with your passwords, Password Depot does not leave any traces in your PC's working memory. Therefore, even a hacker sitting directly at your computer and searching through its memory dumps cannot find any passwords.
Clipboard protection. Password Depot automatically detects any active clipboard viewers and masks its changes to the keyboard; after performing auto-complete, all sensitive data is automatically cleared from the clipboard.
Virtual keyboard. The ultimate protection against keylogging. With this tool you can enter your master password or other confidential information without even touching the keyboard. Password Depot does not simulate keystrokes but instead uses an internal cache, so that they can neither be intercepted software- nor hardware-based.
Fake mouse cursors. Typing, using the program's virtual keyboard, you can also set the program to show multiple fake mouse cursors instead of your usual single cursor. This additionally makes it impossible to discern your keyboard activities.

This platform offers a unique opportunity to model your process workflows in one environment, integrating pipelines, networks, and facilities models, while ensuring consistent thermodynamics and fluid characterization across the full system.

Schlumberger Symmetry 2020.3 - Date: 30 September 2020

Symmetry 2020.3 is an update release incorporating new features and improvements from previous versions. Symmetry 2020.3 now includes integration with the OLGA dynamic multiphase flow simulator, which enables direct interaction between the OLGA simulator and Symmetry platform simulation models. This integration allows for wide-scope integrated models where transient behavior of gathering networks, distribution systems, and facilities can be studied under the same environment.

Improvements to the network solver provide additional functionality for flow specifications at the sinks as well as additional calculation modes for fittings in pipe segments.

Integration with other Schlumberger software
- New OLGA simulator integration.
- Property table
. Added option to generate, view, and export OLGA simulator fluid tables, which can be imported into OLGA simulator simulation runs. Fluid tables can also be exported in fixed (legacy) format for users of OLGA ROCX
. Added option to generate, view, and export PIPESIM steady-state multiphase flow simulator fluid tables, which can be imported into PIPESIM simulations. Fluid tables can also be exported in revision A (legacy) format
Network Solver
- Added support for flow specifications (mole, mass, and standard liquid volume) at sinks
- When the network is solving with PH flash, it will now solve all devices within the network with PH flash (including valves with Cv specifications, orifice meters, rotating equipment, and flare tips)
- Fixed missing update to fitting diameter when there is a change to the pipe diameter
- Fixed phase calculation errors when initializing Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) curve
- Fixed issue where results for zero-flow legs in a network may not be calculated with zero flow but instead show values from a previous solver iteration, which could result in consistency errors
- Improved separator stability in network solver when running with low vapor flows in networks with a single stack and no loops
Flare Workspace
- Added 2-K (Hooper) and 3-K (Darby) K methods for supported pipe fittings in steady state
- Fixed issues related to missing updates when importing cases with networks or scenarios
- Fixed issue with flare XML file import adding flare tip curve points out of order
- Fixed issue with flare XML file import not recognizing # as a special character
Thermodynamics
- Hydrate inhibitors (methanol, ethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, ethanol, glycerol, 1,2-propylene glycol, and 1,3-propylene glycol) are now allowed to be part of the aqueous phase
- Fixed compounds containing ";" in their names. Compounds fixed are:
. 1,1':2',1''-terphenyl, 4'-phenyl-
. 1,1':2',1''-terphenyl, 3'-phenyl-
. 2-BUTENEDIOIC ACID (Z)-, DIPROPYL ESTER
- Fixed label mismatch in hydrate parameters for APRNG2 and APRNG
- Fixed subflowsheets not using the global liquid reference T and P. They were using the parent flowsheet settings
Other
- Heat exchanger: Improved default simple flash model building criteria to speed up heat exchangers with pressure drops of more than 15-20 psi and exposed criteria to validate and tune
- Property table: New option to invert the Z-density and phase Descriptions
- Towers: Improved solve time of towers with pump arounds or side strippers
- Valve: Improved valve convergence and consistency validation when solving in a network at choked flow
